<h1>Judge Decides Petition Outcomes Under Company Court Rules, 1959; May Order Additional Actions or Adjourn for Compliance.</h1> At the hearing of a petition under the Company Court Rules, 1959, the Judge may either make a final decision or issue directions for additional actions, such as filing counter or reply affidavits. The Judge can also order notice to be served on any person who was omitted or improperly served. The petition may be adjourned to allow compliance with these directions. Unless otherwise directed by the Judge, notice of the adjourned hearing is not required to be given to any person.
