of <h1>Liquidators Required to Assess Debt Proofs Promptly; Can Request Additional Evidence or Creditor Attendance per Form No. 68.</h1> The liquidator must promptly examine every proof of debt submitted and assess the grounds for the debt. He may request the production of vouchers mentioned in the affidavit or additional evidence supporting the debt. If further evidence is needed or if the creditor's personal attendance is required, the liquidator will schedule a date and time for the creditor to attend or present additional evidence. A notice in Form No. 68 will be sent to the creditor by pre-paid registered post, ensuring it arrives at least seven days before the scheduled date.
