Notice of settlement of list: Official Liquidator must fix settlement date, serve prescribed notices and file affidavit. Official Liquidator must fix a settlement date for the provisional list no later than one month from its filing and give notice to every person included, specifying the character and number of shares or extent of interest and the amounts called up and paid up. Notices must be in Form No. 77 and sent by prepaid letter post under certificate of posting to the address in the list to reach the addressee in the ordinary course of post not later than fourteen days before the settlement. The sender must swear and file an affidavit in Form No. 78 attesting to despatch.
