Advertisement requirements for petitions: must state petition particulars and notice deadlines for opposing or supporting before hearing. Advertisement must be in Form No. 5 and state the petition presentation date, the petitioner's and advocate's names and addresses, the nature of the petition, and the hearing date. It must, unless otherwise ordered, advise that persons intending to oppose or support should send notice to the petitioner or advocate so as to reach them not later than two days before the hearing, and in winding up petitions not later than five days before the hearing.
