Hearing of petition requires a waiting period after certificate filing and public notice in prescribed form under judicial direction. After the expiry of not less than fourteen days from filing the certificate under the preceding rule, the petition shall be set down for hearing, and the date fixed for hearing must be advertised in such newspaper or newspapers and within such time as the Judge may direct, in the prescribed Form No. 29.
