          <h1>Prisoner liberation on bail requires payment or sureties and undertaking to attend court for examination.</h1> Order for release of a civil-prisoner arrested pursuant to a court warrant in winding-up proceedings upon payment into court or upon furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of the Registrar, conditional on the prisoner's counsel undertaking to attend the specified examination before the Judge (or Master) and any adjournments; the jail officer is commanded to discharge the prisoner on satisfaction of those conditions.
