Committee of Inspection profit prohibition: unauthorized gains barred and recoverable on audit unless appropriately sanctioned. A member of a Committee of Inspection may not directly or indirectly derive profit from winding-up transactions or receive payments from the company's assets for services or goods supplied to the Liquidator, except under and with the sanction of the Court; any unauthorized payments or profits must be disallowed or recovered, including on audit of the Liquidator's accounts.
