of <h1>Party Awarded Costs Must Lodge Bill and Vouchers Within Four Weeks; Late Submission Requires Court Order for Processing</h1> Within four weeks from the date of an order awarding costs, or within an extended period allowed by the Court, the party awarded costs must lodge the bill of costs and vouchers with the Taxing Officer and serve a copy to the liable party, filing proof of service. The Taxing Officer will then set a date for taxation and notify the parties. If a bill is lodged late, it will be returned, and the Taxing Officer will not process it without a Court order.
