<h1>Rule 299: Liquidating Companies Must File Accounts in Form No. 144, Verified by Official Liquidator's Affidavit</h1> Rule 299 of the Company Court Rules, 1959, under the Companies Law, specifies the form of accounts required during company liquidation. The account must be a statement of receipts and payments, prepared using Form No. 144 and following its instructions. Three copies of this account are to be filed, and it must be verified by an affidavit from the Official Liquidator using Form No. 145. The final account should be completed in Form No. 146.
