<h1>Liquidator Must Advertise Winding-Up Order in Gazette and File with Registrar Within 21 Days per Court Directive</h1> When a court orders the winding-up of a company under its supervision, the appointed liquidator must, within 21 days, advertise the order in the Official Gazette of the relevant State or Union Territory and in a newspaper, either in English or a regional language, as directed by the court. Additionally, within the same timeframe, the liquidator must file a certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies.
