<h1>Fees to advocates set by Companies Court Rules enforce differentiated scales for petitions, applications and examinations.</h1> Appendix III to the Company Court Rules, 1959 prescribes fees to advocates under rule 348 with separate uncontested and contested scales in Table A for High Court petitions (including alteration of memorandum, share issues at discount, reduction of capital, variation of rights, registration of charges, rectification of register, investigations, compromises/reconstructions, oppression/mismanagement, winding up, restoration of name and officer absolution) and application fees (including private company relief, disproportionate voting rights, declarations on restrictions, profit proportion determinations, delinquency prosecutions and dissolution challenges). Examination fees are hourly with a minimum; District Court rates are three fourths of Table A.
