          <h1>Official Liquidator custody of company assets requires immediate seizure and delivery of books, papers and property.</h1> On a winding-up order the Official Liquidator attached to the Court shall forthwith take into his custody or under his control all the property and effects and the books and papers of the company, and all persons having custody of any of those properties, books and papers must deliver possession to the Official Liquidator.
