          <h1>Warrant to arrest for failure to attend court-ordered examination, commanding arrest and prompt return with execution endorsement.</h1> Form No. 116 authorises issuance of a warrant to arrest a person who, despite an order to attend for public examination under the Company Court Rules, was duly served with notice and nevertheless without good cause failed to attend or has absconded or is likely to abscond to avoid the examination. The warrant commands an officer to arrest and bring the person before the court with all convenient speed and requires the officer to return the warrant with an endorsement certifying the day and manner of execution or explaining non-execution.
