Provisional list of contributories required to be filed by the Official Liquidator detailing members, share interests, payments and classifications. A provisional list of contributories must be prepared and filed in Court by the Official Liquidator unless dispensed with, containing each contributory's name and address, number of shares or extent of interest, amount called up and amount paid up, and distinguishing classes of contributories; it must include members at the commencement of winding up or their representatives and be divided into two parts for contributories in their own right and those as representatives or liable for others, in the prescribed form.
