Proof of debt requirement: creditors must file an affidavit with the Official Liquidator to preserve distribution rights. Creditors must submit an affidavit of proof of debt or claim to the Official Liquidator by the prescribed date, stating name, address, particulars and any claim to priority under section 530; failure to file excludes the creditor from distributions or from objecting to distributions until the debt is proved. If notified in writing by the Official Liquidator, the creditor must attend the investigation of the claim at the specified time and place and produce required evidence.
