Notice of meeting for creditors or contributories must identify the recipient, specify place, date and time, and state the agenda. Forms of general and special proxies must be enclosed and the notice must specify the deadline and time by which proxies are to be lodged with the Official Liquidator prior to the meeting. The notice is to be dated and signed by the Official Liquidator.
