Registrar's costs of petition: petitioners are ordinarily directed to pay the Registrar's costs unless the court orders otherwise. Where a company court issues an order on a petition, the order will, unless the court for special reasons directs otherwise, require the petitioners to pay the Registrar of Companies the costs incurred by and occasioned by the petition, subject to the court's discretion to order otherwise.
