Winding-up petition requirements: use prescribed forms, file in duplicate and registrar must record the date of presentation. A petition for winding-up must use Form No. 45, 46 or 47, with permitted variations, be presented in duplicate, and the Registrar shall note on the petition the date of its presentation.
