Proof of creditor claims required by affidavit to Official Liquidator or risk exclusion from dividend distribution. Creditors must submit an affidavit proving their debt or claim in the prescribed form to the Official Liquidator by the stated deadline, including names, addresses, particulars and any claim to priority; failure to prove the debt in time excludes the creditor from dividend distribution or from objecting to such distribution. Creditors who have filed proofs must attend an investigation if required by written notice and produce further evidence as may be requested.
