This rule mandates that any contributory, trustee, receiver, banker, agent, or officer of a company under court-ordered winding-up must, upon notice from the Official Liquidator, promptly hand over any money, property, or documents belonging to the company. If the recipient fails to comply, the Official Liquidator may seek a court order to enforce compliance. The notice issued must adhere to Form No. 99.
