List of contributories may be settled like winding up contributories after creditor application and court direction. Where a creditor applies under section 104(1)(b) and the Court directs that a list of persons liable to contribute to the creditor's debt or claim be settled, that list shall be settled in the same manner as a list of ordinary contributories of a company in a winding-up.
