Final settlement of contributories: notice of inclusion with right to seek variation within the prescribed period. Notice by the Official Liquidator certifying final settlement of the list of contributories and notifying that the addressee is included, stating the character and number of shares or extent of interest and amounts called up and paid up at commencement of winding-up. Any application to vary the list or to seek exclusion must be made to the Court within the prescribed period after service; late applications will not be entertained. The settled list may be inspected at the Registrar's office during office hours.
