Fees on compromise limit advocate party-and-party fees when proceedings settle before hearing to a reduced appendix scale. Where a proceeding is compromised prior to its being set down for hearing, the fees to be allowed to advocates between party and party shall be limited to a reduced amount not exceeding the proportion of the fee amounts specified in the court's fee schedule appendix.
