Prison allocation for arrested persons defaults to the court's civil commitment prison unless otherwise ordered by warrant. Where the Court issues a warrant, the prison to which the person shall be committed is, unless the Court otherwise orders, the prison to which the Court ordinarily makes civil commitments; a warrant committing a person to prison must be in Form No. 117 and an order releasing him on bail in Form No. 118.
