Advocate fee parity: fees in misfeasance proceedings follow the same suit fee scale, subject to judicial discretion. Fees to advocates in proceedings against promoters or officers for misfeasance are to be allowed on the same scale as if the proceeding were a suit for the amount claimed, subject to any order of the Court and applicable procedural rules, and the suit fee scale of the relevant courts shall be applied.
