Consideration of Official Liquidator's report requires Judge-in-Chambers review with liquidator attendance and permitting court directions. Consideration of the Official Liquidator's report is conducted before the Judge in Chambers with the Official Liquidator attending personally or by counsel to provide any further information or explanation the Court may require; upon consideration the Court may make orders and give directions, including directions under the enabling statutory provision.
