List of persons intending to appear must be filed before the hearing to record notices of appearance. The petitioner or the petitioner's advocate must prepare and file, before the hearing, a list of the names and addresses of persons who have given notice of their intention to appear; the list must be in Form No. 10 and filed in court prior to the petition hearing.
