Procedure to notify the Official Liquidator of his appointment as Provisional Liquidator: the notification must state the company's name, registered office, petitioner's advocate, and petition presentation date, enclose copies of the petition and supporting affidavit, be dated and signed by the Registrar, and inform that those liable under section 454 must attend the Official Liquidator and furnish requested information for the statement of affairs.
