Right of contributories and creditors to attend proceedings: attendance subject to cost liability and filing an appearance. Persons on the list of contributories and creditors with debts admitted by the Official Liquidator may attend proceedings at their own expense and request notice in writing; the Court may order attending persons to pay additional costs or a gross sum and bar further attendance until paid. Attendance before the Judge requires the contributory or an Advocate to file an appearance with the Registrar, who records entries in an Appearance Book open to the Official Liquidator.
