of <h1>Official Liquidator Must Notify Creditors 14 Days Before Claim Date Under Rule 173, Company Court Rules 1959</h1> Under Rule 173 of the Company Court Rules, 1959, the Official Liquidator must notify creditors at least 14 days before the scheduled date for proving claims. This notification, sent by registered post, requires creditors to present and prove their debts or claims before the Court on the specified date. The notice must follow Form No. 74. Additionally, the Official Liquidator is responsible for individually informing creditors by post if their claims have been admitted.
