Inspection of creditor lists: public access and right to extracts subject to ordinary hours and a prescribed fee. Companies must keep copies of the list of creditors at the registered office and at the advocate's office; any person may, during ordinary business hours, inspect and take extracts from the list upon payment of a prescribed fee.
