Court Considers Dissolution Orders: Directs Remaining Funds & Disposal of Books as per Act
Upon hearing an application for company dissolution, the Court may, after considering input from the Official Liquidator and notified parties, and reviewing the audited account, issue orders regarding the company's dissolution. This includes decisions on the application of remaining funds held by the Official Liquidator, directing these funds to either be applied as per the Act or deposited into the Companies Liquidation Account at the Reserve Bank of India. The Court also addresses the disposal of the company's books and papers, as well as those of the Liquidator.
