Vacating stay orders: aggrieved persons may seek vacatur or variation by Judge's summons with prescribed notice to interested parties. Any person aggrieved by a stay made under the company-scheme statutory provision may apply to the Court by a Judge's summons to vacate or vary that stay, and notice of the application must be given to the applicant who sought the stay and to such other persons as the Court directs.
