Settlement of contributories list: District Court procedure displaces ordinary contributory rules and applies substitute provisions. Where winding-up proceedings occur in a District Court the District Court must settle the list of contributories, the ordinary rules that would otherwise apply are excluded, and an alternative set of provisions applies in their place to govern proceedings in the District Court.
