Service of process: petitioner must effect service and publication of notices under court rules, subject to judicial directions. Petitioner bears primary responsibility for effecting service of all notices, summonses and other processes and for arranging advertisement and publication of notices as required by the Company Court Rules or by court order, subject to any directions of the Judge or Registrar.
