Directions at hearing of summons: judge may order examination and production of documents, examination held in chambers. On hearing a summons the Judge may, if satisfied there are grounds, order the issue of a summons against the named person for his examination and/or for production of documents; unless the Judge otherwise directs the examination shall be held in Chambers and the order must follow the prescribed form.
