Right to petition copy: contributories and creditors entitled to receive petition copy on request upon payment of prescribed charges. Contributories and creditors are entitled to be furnished a copy of the company petition by the petitioner or the petitioner's advocate upon request, and such copy must be supplied within twenty-four hours of the request on payment of the prescribed charges.
