<h1>Official Liquidator Must Notify Contributories of Status and Rights; File Affidavit of Service Within 14 Days per Rule 183.</h1> Upon filing the certificate, the Official Liquidator must promptly notify each person listed as a contributory, detailing their status, shareholding, called-up amount, and paid-up amount. The notice, in Form No. 80, informs them of their right to apply for removal or variation from the list within 21 days. It is sent via pre-paid registered post to the address on record. An affidavit of service, in Form No. 81, confirming the dispatch of these notices, must be sworn by the sender and filed in court within 14 days of the certificate filing under Rule 183.
