When proceedings are transferred from a High Court to another court, the High Court's Registrar must promptly send the records and a certified transfer order to the new court. If the High Court withdraws proceedings from a District Court, it must send a certified order to the District Court, which then forwards the records to the High Court. Similarly, if proceedings are transferred between District Courts, the High Court's Registrar must send certified orders to both courts, and the original court must quickly transfer the records to the new court.
