Official Liquidator as Receiver: court may enforce acquisition and retention of company property on application. The rule places the Official Liquidator in the position of a Receiver for purposes of acquiring and retaining company property to discharge statutory liquidation duties, and permits the Court, on the Official Liquidator's application, to enforce acquisition or retention of such property.
