Inter-jurisdictional warrant enforcement under company law: execute and return warrant, permit release on security to ensure appearance.

A Company Court requisitions another court to execute an annexed warrant of arrest within that court's jurisdiction, to return the warrant with an endorsement certifying the date and manner of execution or reasons for non execution by a specified date, and to release the produced person on security acceptable to the receiving court for his due appearance before the originating Company Court for examination under the relevant company law provisions.
