Settlement of creditors' list: Court hears evidence, adjudicates claims and records a judge signed certified list. The Court, on the fixed or any adjourned date, shall hear evidence, adjudicate creditor claims and settle the list of creditors, recording the settlement in a certificate signed by the Judge in the prescribed form.
