Rectification of contributory list: Official Liquidator may seek court correction after notice for inclusion or share entry errors. Rule 187 allows the Official Liquidator, after notice to the affected contributory, to apply to the Court to rectify or vary the settled list of contributories where a contributory was improperly excluded or omitted, or where the character, number of shares, or extent of interest as entered requires correction.
