Recovery of contributory debts: court can order payment on Official Liquidator's affidavit with advance registered notice. Where a company is owed money by a contributory or by the estate he represents, excluding calls made after winding-up but including calls made before winding-up, the Official Liquidator may apply to the court, supported by an affidavit, for an order for payment; notice of the application must be given to the contributory by registered post not less than fourteen days before the hearing.
