Contributories' ledger: mandatory register recording contributory identities, shareholdings, calls, payments and settlement order. Form No. 142-O requires a contributories' ledger recording each contributory's name and address, shareholding and amount paid, details of calls (date and amount), amounts paid with dates, rate of return, returns of share capital and remarks. Only contributories settled on the list are to be entered and entries must follow the same order as the contributories' list.
