<h1>Rule 360: Access to Liquidation Files for Government Officers, Former Directors, Creditors, and Contributories Explained</h1> Rule 360 of the Company Court Rules, 1959, under the Companies Law, allows authorized officers of the Central Government, as well as former directors or officers of a company undergoing liquidation, to inspect the liquidation file and obtain copies or extracts from documents without charge. Contributories and creditors with admitted claims may also inspect the file and obtain copies or extracts upon payment of prescribed charges. These rights are available at all reasonable times, subject to any exceptions provided by the Rules.
