Rectification of contributory list: official liquidator may apply to court to correct omissions or errors after settlement. If after settlement of the list of contributories the Official Liquidator thinks a provisionally included contributory was improperly or mistakenly excluded or omitted, or that the capacity, number of shares, extent of interest, or any other particular in the finally settled list requires correction, he may, upon notice to the contributory, apply to the Court for rectification, and the Court may rectify or vary the list as it thinks fit.
