Form No. 079 - Certificate of final settlement of the list of Contributories

List of contributories: formal certification of included and excluded parties with share interest and notice requirements.

The Official Liquidator certifies the settled list of contributories, specifying for each person whether included as a contributory in their own right or as a representative, the number of shares or extent of interest, dates of inclusion or exclusion, and the amounts called up and paid up at commencement of winding-up; the certificate is signed by the Official Liquidator and requires an affidavit demonstrating that notice was duly posted to each person named advising them of inclusion, character of liability, amounts and the date for final settlement, the particulars being recorded in the prescribed First and Second Schedules.
