        Winding-up order directions require court-specified advertisement, service and notice arrangements and any necessary further directions. When making a winding-up order, or at any time thereafter, the Court shall give directions as to the advertisement of the order, the persons on whom the order shall be served, the persons to whom notice shall be given of further proceedings in the liquidation, and such further directions as may be necessary.
