Proxy voting permitted when a prescribed proxy form and corporate authorisation are properly lodged before the meeting. Proxy voting is permitted if a prescribed, duly signed proxy is lodged at the company's registered office within the required filing period before the meeting. For corporate members or creditors, a certified copy of the governing body's resolution authorising any representative must also be lodged at the registered office within the same filing timeframe; certification may be given by an authorised officer. Ancillary proxy rules apply equally to such proxies.
